Important note:
If you haven’t experience for install the monitor ,don’t do it ,please .It’s a dangerous work ,please be careful. The manufacturer isn’t responsible for it ,if you destroy the monitor or touch panel.

1．Warning and Secure measure
Please let professional engineer do it.

2．Please confirm the following item:
a. Please ask you monitor vendor, ensure the product quality when installed the touch panel.
b. Do every step carefully, turn off the power ,put out the jack ,seen the warning clearly.
Be careful : Even you put out the power, there still lies high voltage inside the monitor.

3.．Monitor Testing
Please test your monitor first ,ensure the image and the working state is well before your installation . whether it’s new monitor or old .

4．Check the component:
Touch panel with cable ,controller ,cable with the controller, software and installation manual ,dustproof bar(8 pieces).

5．Preparative working
Before installation ,please check the function for touch panel ,please connect the cable for controller to COM with PC
Please connect the cable for controller to touch panel.
Confirm the face or back ,the face with reflected stripe.
Natural state testing
How to connect the controller, touch panel to PC?
Touch panel need a controller, the controller include the outside circuit for touch panel.
How to get the power from the controller?
Please use 12v power from PC.

6．Fix the touch panel on the PC
Please paste the double side type on the four sides for touch panel
Benefit :
a. keep space with CRT monitor
b. Protect surface of glass
c. Avoid static
Any question appeared , please install it again.
a Aim bias or not level(Circuit or stripe appeared)
b something between touch panel and monitor
c.space is dissymmetrical.
How to take away the touch panel ? When you’ve fixed already.
a. Use absolute alcohol wet the double-side type.
b. Use thin knife exscind the double –side type ,from top to bottom.
c. Use absolute alcohol scour off the glue on the touch panel.
d. Prepare 3mm double side type .
e. Repeat above fix step.
Note: Don’t take away the touch panel rudely. Be careful it hurt others and yourself.

7．LCD Monitor:
The method same as CRT, please note specially.
It’s brittle for LCD surface For their set –own or installation, you should find the right position, can’t rude.

8. Electrify testing
When installed , you should test the touch panel monitor.
a. please connect the monitor to PC.
b. Please connect the touch panel cable to the controller.
c. Please connect the touch panel cable to PC, one use 12Vpower supply ,the other one connect to COM.
d. Connected , then test the hardware installation.
e. If can’t repeat doing above step.

9.Surface wave touch panel
For surface wave touch panel, the sending and receiving transducer was exposed ,the circuit also at outside, these transducers are brittle ,please note
a. Don’t touch the transducer ,don’t pull the cable.
b. Touch panel have protect from film. please get rid of film.
c. The film can keep clean for touch panel.
d. The transducer can’t press the outline border of monitor.
e. If have block , please get rid of it.
f. If get rid of it , still can’t install it, please change another one.
g. Dust will influence the touch panel ,we suggest you use the dustproof bar, there are 8 piece of dustproof bars, half in front of touch panel ,half behind the touch panel .
h. For dustproof bar ,please let the gummy side inside the monitor. Don’t affix on the touch panel. To ensure without gummy side lean on the touch panel.
i. Please ensure the cable extend from your right hand , if no ,it means the side is confusion.
j. Please use the insulating type to fix the controller to avoid the controller touch the circuit of monitor.

10．Hardware testing
When installed ,please connect to PC,just about 5 second before start –up ,the indicator light will light ,5 second later ,the light will off. When you touch the panel use your finger ,the light will flash ,it means the hardware installation is successful.

11.Adjust the position
When installed the hardware ,please get power ,install the software. The software can drive the touch panel and adjust the position .It’ll let the effective area of touch panel aim at the effective of monitor.
