1. Make sure the cable of glass been out from the right (from the user’s view who are facing the display ).(wire line and transducer in the same side )

2. Do not cover or adhibit anything on the surface of four stripe reflectors ,or the touch will be affected .

3. There are four transducer locating on the left top corner ,the right top corner ,and the right down corner respectively .the transducers should not be pressed by the cover ,or the touch will be affected even the transducers may broke down, transducer is a less than 0.5mm thickness silvery frangible slice ,which should not be pressed .please polish the part of the cover ,which is possible to press the transducer.

4. The glass screen is made of glass , so it should handle with care avoid impact and press or the glass may fell to pieces. Vandal proof SAW is good at against obverse impact while it’s corners and flank is easy to crash .as the crash and the broken pieces of vandal proof SAW is safety ,it is also called security screen. Though the vandal proof screens and the ordinary screens continue to work after scraching . there are still tow negative effect ,first of all the whole-look is unattractive. Second , severe scratch may make negative effect on touch, therefore it is necessary to avoid using hard object like steel ,sand, glass to scratch on the glass screen.

5. Make sure there are no water stain ,oil stain and dust on the glass screen .water stain and oil stain should be cleaned punctually while the dust should be cleaned regularly .If you do not do that it may cause wrong action or insensitive touch.

6. The green wire on the cable line of controller is ground wire which should be connected with the front metal cover of display or there may be some interference causing wrong action or insensitive touch

7. The defective screen shield or kinescope ,especially the old ones may interfere the controller .So the controller should be put far from the high-pressure bag .If there are some mutual interference, adjust the position of controller can avoid it.

8. By observing the state of the indicator light ,one can know whether the controller is on work or not. After getting the power suppler ,the indicator light will continue to work for 4-5 second and then extinguish .From that time on ,the indicator will not work until touch. On the contrary, if the indicator light does not work when touch ,there may be some problem of the controller .If the indicator light flashs when touch ,there may be some problem of the glass screen .

9. All the cable wires should be inserted tightly on the correct direction .Please use the provided cable wires and ensure the entire cable wires are in the correct direction, or the controller and the other electronic equipments will be burnt out.

10. It is safe to start-up the computer again after 5 seconds when the computer is out of power supplier .

Attention:
The basic material of screen is glass while the transducers on the screen are frangible material .Both of them are brittle , so please handle with care and without crashing and rubbing. The obvious physical damaged products is out of our free warranty service.
