(1)check the cable which connects to the keyboard port
(2)check if the driver is relative to the connector
(3)reinstall the driver
(4)there some facilities which collide with the COM port .Install the latest driver.
(5)If the touch panel is over time(3-4years), change a new one.

2. the touching is not correct
Run the calibration program to calibrate the touch panel .Also need to do so after changing the main unit or the resolution of the monitor.

3.The mouse always stays somewhere on the four sides of the monitor
The active area of the touch panel is pressed by shell of the monitor or the cabinet .It means the pressing point is working all the time .adjust the pace between the cabinet or loose the screws of the monitor.

4.The mouse goes to the opposite way from the touch
Please turn the connecters of the controller and the touch panel to opposite sides.

5.Inaccurate screen position
operate the four points or the five points calibration

6.The cursor flashing in a fixing position
Power supply or other high frequency equipments affect the screen or the controller.
First insure the down lead wire of the high voltage wire circle is out of the touch screen and insulated with monitor ; then ,confirm that the controller is insulative and are separated from the high radiate parts of the monitor .
7.The controller did not fix into the LCD display which cause the cursor flashing
May be PIN of touch panel gets close to the discharge area of monitor .First try to move the place of the PIN . If it failed , please thicken the PIN with insulated glue so as to separate it from the discharge area of monitor
